| 摘 要： | 提出了面向设计的液压阀库建模方法.在液压阀的调用过程中,通过在液压集成块模型上自动创建相应的螺纹孔、插装阀安装孔等关联特征,并完成液压阀与液压集成块的装配,实现了基于装配的液压集成块设计.利用三维CAD软件SolidWorks及其二次开发工具,开发了液压阀库软件工具,验证了建模方法的可行性.

| Abstract: | The modeling method oriented to design of hydraulic valve library is presented in this paper. When a hydraulic valve is inserted to an assembly model, the hydraulic manifold block design oriented to assembly is realized by automatically creating some associative features in the hydraulic manifold block such as screw holes, mounting holes for cartridge valve, and assembling the valve and the hydraulic manifold block. The hydraulic valve library software tool is developed on basis of SolidWorks; feasibility of the modeling method is testified. |
