摘    要:介绍了用CCF-1/5405碳纤维预浸料制备带有变厚度、多下陷的复合材料壁板的工艺过程,通过工艺方案、吸胶定量、软模成型等工艺技术,制备出厚度偏差在5%以内的复合材料壁板,壁板内部质量及性能达到设计要求.

Abstract:This article describes the manufacturing process of carbon fiber composite laminate with variable thickness and multi-depression,carbon fiber composite laminate was made from CCF-1/5405 and thickness was controlled in 5 percent by process technology,thus the composite laminate meets the design requirements in inner quality and performance.
