低捻度高强PE纤维绳索抗疲劳性能研究

摘    要:高强聚乙烯(PE)纤维绳索,因其质轻、柔韧及高破断拉力等诸多特点,可广泛应用于牵引、起吊、系泊等绳索用途,对传统绳索的更新换代更具潜力。针对绳索重复性应用特点,探讨了低捻度高强PE纤维绳索的抗疲劳特性。结果表明,低捻度高强PE纤维绳索经受加载一卸载的拉伸疲劳试验后,其破断拉力呈现显著提高的现象。
