基于UG的叶片数控砂带磨削刀位数据的计算

摘    要:介绍了一种在UG环境下使用Open API编程计算叶片砂带磨削刀位点的方法,并开发了磨削加工仿真模块,对计算结果进行了仿真验证。该方法可省略编程建模的复杂过程,计算结果精度高,为叶片数控砂带磨削的后置处理奠定了基础。

Abstract:A new method of calculating the cutter location data for blade NC belt grinding using Open API in UG environment was introduced,and a grinding simulation module was developed to evaluate the calculation results.The research proves that the complicated modeling process can be simplified by the use of UG tools,and high accuracy results can be obtained.it lays the foundation for post-processing of the blade NC belt grinding.
