动态补偿在冲板流量计中的应用

摘    要:为提高冲板流量计的测量精度,对冲板流量计的测量特性进行了实验分析。在实验数据的基础上,辨识出该冲板流量计的传递函数,建立了冲板流量计的数学模型。在进行了模拟可行性研究后,设计出了针对该冲板流量计的动态补偿函数。用simulink工具箱构造了三种不同的冲击信号,通过动态补偿,理想的稳态连续物料、单个物料、间断性物料的流量测量精度均得到了提高,因此,该方法对提高冲板流量计的测量精度是十分有效的。

Abstract:In order to improve the measurement accuracy of impact tlowmeters, measuring characteristic of the impact ilowmeter is analyzed by the experiments. Based on the experimental data, the transfer function of the impact flowmeter was recognized, and the mathematical model of impact flowmeter was set up. Having researched the simulation feasibility, a dynamic compensation function for the flowmeter was designed. Three different impact signals were constructed by using Simulink toolbox, through dynamic compensation, the measurement accuracy of ideal stable continuous material flow, single particle, and discontinuous material flow have been improved. Thus this method is quite effective to enhance the measurement accuracy of impact flowmeters.
