| Abstract: | This disquisition is trying to analysis the cause which influence the factor of engineering quality in the important stage of project building—construction stage, with Procedure Supervise concept according to my experience in the construction career. The purpose that we have been discussing quality control from the opinion of effect a permanent cure is to make project building quality control main topic in engineering construction from simple quality inspection to quality planing and management. This is a new conception. |
