摘    要:在分析传统干涉条纹光电接收方法的基础上,提出了一种符合条纹计数与细分的光电接收新方法,其主要特点是差分光电管的零间隔布置。应用积分方法对这种方法与2种传统方法进行了比较分析。通过建立光强随机噪声、交流幅值与直流漂移模型,理论和实验对比分析发现:该接收方法相比于2种传统方法,信噪比提高了3~6倍。即使条纹信号较差的情况下,这种方法也能显著抑制信号的直流漂移,为实现单频抗干扰的现场测量提供了理论方法。

Abstract:On basis of analyzing those traditional photoelectric detection methods for interference fringe,a new photoelectric detection method satisfying counter and subdivision is present,and its main characteristic is that the difference photoelectric cells are adjacent.This method and two traditional methods are analyzed by integral equations.Applying the founded models including intensity random noise,AC amplitude and DC adrift ones,and in comparison with two traditional detection methods by theoretical and experimental analysis,the SNR of this detection method is improved to 3~6 times of that traditional methods.This method can dramatically restrain DC adrift of light intensity even if the fringes' signal is faint.It provides a theoretical basis for realizing spot measurement of single frequency that requires high resistance to noise.
