齿轮滚刀优化及其仿真

摘    要:针对齿根弯曲应力过大易造成齿根折断现象的发生,利用ANSYS对仿真得到的齿轮进行有限元分析,得出了滚刀顶刃圆角半径、齿根过渡曲线的曲率和齿根最大弯曲应力之间的关系.在此基础上,对滚刀的顶刃圆角进行优化,得到了最佳圆角半径.优化验证表明,该优化方法效果良好,可有助于减小齿轮齿根最大弯曲应力,延长齿轮的使用寿命.

Abstract:Aiming at the tooth root fracture phenomena because the tooth root bending stress is too large ,the ANSYS software was used to do finite element analysis for the gear which came from the simulation .The rela-tionship among hob top edge radius ,the curvature of gear tooth root transition curve and the maximum ben-ding stress was achieved .On this basis ,the gear hob top edge arc fillet was optimized and obtained the best fillet radius .It turns out that the optimization effect is rather good .The optimization method in this paper is helpful to reduce the maximum bending stress on gear tooth root ,and prolong the service life of the gear .
