摘    要:介绍了冬季气温较低情况下,安钢1780 mm热连轧精轧机组转车过程中经常出现支撑辊辊面挫伤问题。通过对影响支撑辊挫伤各因素的分析,制定了气温较低状况下支撑辊油膜轴承进油温度、轧机启动速度、提高轧辊表面初始粗糙度等措施,解决了轧辊挫伤现象。

Abstract:Introduced the temperature in winter is lower, 1780 mm hot rollling mill of ANGANG is rolling appeared backup roll surface scratches, The effect of various factors of backup roll scratches analysis, formulated the lower tempera-ture conditions backup roll into oil film bearing temperature, rolling mill start - up speed, improve the roll surface rough-ness and initial measures to solve the roll scratch phenomenon.
