摘    要:BIM技术的发展经历了萌芽期、产生期和发展期三大阶段,目前国内外对BIM技术与项目管理相结合的研究还刚刚起步.在归纳了项目运营管理研究现状的基础上,认为融合BIM技术到运营管理中可以解决运营管理中"信息孤岛"和"信息断流"两大难题.结合BIM技术在奥运村项目运营管理中的应用,得出了BIM技术应用到运营管理中可以体现数据存储借鉴、便捷信息表达、设备维护高效、物流信息丰富、数据关联同步等优势的结论,并总结了实际运营中存在的问题,提出完善建议.

Abstract:BIM technology development has experienced the three stages of germination, production and development. Now combined with project management research at home and abroad BIM technology is just getting start. Based on the research of project operation management, BIM technology melted in operation management can solve the two difficult problems of "information island" and "information flow" in operation management. Integrated with the application of BIM technology in the Olympic village project operation management, it is concluded that the application of BIM technology in the operation management can show the advantageous conclusion of the data store model, convenient information expression, efficient the equipment maintenance, rich logistics information and the data correlation synchronization. At the same time the problems existing in the actual operation are summmarized and the perfect sugKestions are put forward.
