基于遗传算法的谐波齿轮传动优化设计

摘    要:以谐波齿轮在模数m,柔轮筒体长L,齿宽b,简体壁厚δ为优化参数,依据遗传算法的基本原理,将遗传算法运用于谐波齿轮的参数化设计中,同归实例分析,对比结果说明将遗传算法应用于谐波齿轮传动优化设计中是可行和有效的,为谐波齿轮的优化设计提供了一种新的有效可行的方法。

Abstract:In the module of harmonic gears,taking modulus,flexible round barrel length,tooth width,wall thickness as the optimized parameters,according to the basic principle of genetic algorithm,genetic algorithm is applied to the parameters of harmonic gear design,and are all subject to case analysis,The result indicates that the genetic algorithm to optimize the design of harmonic gear transmission is feasible and effective,which offered a new effective method for the optimizational design of harmonic gear.
