乙烯装置急冷油塔内件抗堵塞的改造

中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司200kt/a乙烯装置的急冷油塔是经过改造的四段填料塔,在运行两年后发生堵塞。填料塔堵塞的原因主要是塔上部物料中的易聚物发生聚合产生的结垢在槽盘式分布器上累积,造成降液管堵塞,影响塔的汽液分布。针对这一问题,对急冷油塔进行改造,提出了防治与疏导相结合的改造方法。在改造中,采取把部分填料改为大孔穿流筛板、槽盘式分布器改为喷淋式分布器等措施。改造后,急冷油塔运行近一年,操作平稳,取得了较好的效果。

Revamp of Column Internals for Anti-Fouling of Quench Oil Column in Ethylene Plant
