油井套管气直排装置的研究与试验

针对在油田抽油井中,套管内都要分离出天然气,天然气在套管内容易被盗窃分子用简易管线接走,造成资源浪费,也容易出现安全事故等问题的现状,开发研究了油井套管气直排装置。该装置有排气管、阀球、套筒、悬挂器组成,使其能将抽油井的套管气排入到出油管线上,避免天然气被盗,避免套管内的天然气影响抽油泵泵效。

Study and Experiment on the Collinear Equipment of Well Casing Head Gas

In the process of oil well production,gas can be extracted from crude oil,and thieves can steal the separated gas easily with the help of simply line,which cause a great waste of gas and great danger.The collinear equipment of well casing head gas is excesitated to solve these problems.This equipment consisting of exhaust pipe,valve,sleeveand hanger,can transport the well casing head gas to the flow line.In this way,the gas won't be stolen,and it won't affect pump efficiency,either.
