摘    要:本文针对钢质无缝气瓶机械性能的要求,选用35CrMo为瓶体材料,设计了3种热处理实验方案,通过这3种热处理方案的验证比较,寻求能够获得良好综合机械性能的热处理工艺并应用于生产实际,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:For the requirement of the mechanical properties of seamless steel cylinder, three heat treatment schemes are designed using 35CrMo as the bottle material. By means of the verification and comparison of them, this paper seeks for a heat treatment process for good comprehensive mechanical performance and practical productions. Good effects are achieved as well.
