提高锌铝金属化膜抗氧化能力的研究

摘    要:基于锌铝金属化膜的氧化机理,分析了影响其氧化的多种因素,研究了温度、湿度、方阻值和铝含量对锌铝金属化膜抗氧化能力的影响。结果发现:根据产品要求,提高铝质量分数至7%~8%,并降低方阻至6~8Ω/□,当存储条件为25℃左右,相对湿度60%以下时,锌铝金属化膜的抗氧化能力较佳,达到存储周期超过60d的较高水平。

Abstract:Based on the oxidation mechanism of metallized film,many influencing factors of oxidation were analyzed. The effects of temperature, humidity, square resistance and aluminum content on film oxidation resistance were studied. The results show that film oxidation resistance is good and storage period is over 60 days. According to product demands,aluminum mass fraction of the film is increased to 7%~8%, and square resistance is decreased to 6~8 Ω/□. The storage condition is temperature about 25 ℃ and relative humidity less than 60%.
