In connection with leakage situation of heater of 220 MW direct air-cooling unit in Yungang thermoelectricity,analyzes the reason and the harm of leakage of the heater,and puts forward processing and preventive measures.Pointes out that through practical operation test,in view of the main reason of leakage: the heat stress is oversized and the washout corrodes,adopts preventive measure of pipeline plugging,the effect is good.
