振动激发形核技术在45 t Q345B钢锭浇铸过程的应用

摘    要:振动激发形核装置由激发形核棒、升降、测温、振动、冷却、减震等系统组成。在45 t Q345B钢扁锭浇铸过程,高度200mm振动激发形核棒置于铸锭中心处,插入钢液深度50~80mm。试验结果表明,(1)在模铸过程使用振动激发形核装置安全可靠;(2)冷却气体达到40 m3/h棒体表面有结壳现象,而当冷却气体液量在20 m3/h,棒体表面很光滑,合适的冷却气体流量为20~40 m3/h,激发形核棒表面和钢液间的温差为55~80 ℃;(3)通过探伤检测,振动处理板Ⅱ级合格,而未经振动处理的常规板有连续性缺陷,判定为不合格。

Abstract:The vibrating-exciting nucleation device consists of exciting nucleation rod, up-down, vibrating, rod cooling, damping and temperature measuring system. During 45 t Q345B steel slab ingot casting, the vibrating-exciting nucleation bar with height 200 mm is located at center of casting ingot mould submerged in liquid 50 ~ 80 mm. Casting test results show that (1) the vibrating-exciting nucleation device is safe and reliable as using it during ingot casting; (2) with cooling gas rate up to 40 m3/h the incrustation phenomenon occurs on surface of vibrating rod body, while with 20 m3/h the rod surface is very smooth, so the appropriate gas flow rate is 20 ?40 m3/h and the temperature difference between surface of exciting nucleation rod and liquid is 55 ?80 ℃; (3) by nondestructive examination, the plate rolled by ingot with using vibrating-exciting nucleation processing is qualified with H rating while the contrast plate rolled by general ingot without using vibrating-exciting nucleation processing is unqualified due to existing continuous defects.
