| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了世界摩托车法规控制起源及主要项目、美国摩托车排放总量及欧洲摩托车排放分担 率;分析了摩托车排放法规演变阶段及进程;对欧洲、美国加州、中国台湾等地摩托车排放控制情况进行 了比较;阐述了美国、日本和中国大陆等排放法规发展的最新动向及摩托车排放法规的演变规律。

| Abstract: | The origin and items of motorcycle emission regulations, the overall emission inventory of motorcycles in America and the relative contribution of motorcycles to overall emissions in Europe are introduced. The evolvement phase and process of motorcycle emission regulations are analyzed. The status of motorcycle emission control in different areas such as Europe, California of America and Chinese Taibei are compared. The evolvement pulse of motorcycle emission regulations in America, Japan and China, as well as the evolvement law are expounded. |
