硼酸生产过程中硫酸钠、硼酸的分离

摘    要:在硼酸的生产过程中,副产物硫酸钠中含有10%-15%的硼酸,依据本系统的物性参数及粒度分布情况,从理论分析入手,讨论了采用沉降分离的可行性。通过实验,很好地分离出了硫酸钠中的硼酸,得到的粗硼酸又返回到了酸解工艺或结晶系统,减少了污染,提高了硼的回收率,钠盐又得到了利用。

Abstract:Abstract: In the production of boric acid , the boric acid content in by - product sodium sulfate is 10% ~ 15 % . On the basis of parameters of physical properties and granularity distribution of this system , starting from theoretical analysis, the feasibility of adoption of sedimentation separation is discussed . Through experiment, boric acid in sodium sulfate are successfully separated out, the crude boric acid thus obtained is returned back to acid decompasition process or crystallization system , pollution is reduced, boric recovery rate raised and so-dium salt is utilized.
