光纤陀螺用光纤环的应力分布实验研究

摘    要:阐述了光纤陀螺中光纤环的的作用和绕制技术,介绍了布里渊光时域反射计(BOTDR)的工作原理和性能。利用一种BOTDR首次对不同情况下保偏光纤环的应力分布进行了测试和分析,揭示了光纤环中出现的工艺缺陷并进行了定位和分析。结果表明,利用BOTDR对光纤和光纤环进行应力分布测试,可有效的发现和控制这些缺陷的影响。

Abstract:The winding technology of fiber coil used in fiber optic gyroscope was demonstrated. The principle and application of Brillouin Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (BOTDR) were introduced. Under different condition, the stain distribution of a polarization maintain fiber and fiber coil were measured and analysed firstly with a BOTDR instrument and the process defect in fiber coil were found and positioned. The results show that the defects in fiber and fiber coil can be found and controlled effectively with BOTDR.
