摘    要:采用I-DEAS软件的FEM模块对三维弹性接触问题进行了二次开发,用间隙元法计算了轴流式转轮体、轴瓦与叶片枢轴的接解应力,所得结果比不考虑接触更为合理,从而为分析转轮体的强度提供了依据。

Abstract:Using he finite element method (FEM) in I DEAS software,this paper makes a secondary development of three dimensional elastic contact stress.By using the gap element method,the contact stresses of the axial runner hub,bearing pad and blade shank are calculated.The results are more reasonable than those not taking contact into account,it provides basis for analysising the strength of runner hub.
