| 摘 要： | 2006年8月,受0606号台风"派比安"影响,澄碧河流域2～10日出现大到暴雨过程,澄碧河水库水位持续上涨,防洪形势严峻.通过对"06.8"洪水进行分析及科学调度,澄碧河水库在这场洪水中防洪减灾显著,最大限度地发挥了水库的综合效益.

| Abstract: | Due to the influence of No. 0606 typhoon Prapiroon, heavy rain and storm rain fell in turn in the Chengbi river basin from 2 to 10 in August of 2006, bring much difficulty to flood control with the water level of Chengbihe reservoir rising unceasingly. By flood analysis and scientific regulating, Chengbihe reservoir achieved remarkable success in flood control and disaster alleviation, brought into full play its comprehensive benefit to the most extent. |
