摘    要:元器件的使用可靠性是整机可靠性的关键和基础。结合工作实践,对电路设计中元器件的使用性、失效原因进行了分析、总结,并提出了提高电子元器件使用可靠性的建议。

Abstract:The operational reliability of electronic components is the key and basis for the reliability of the entire equipment.In this paper,the operational reliability and failure causes of components in the circuit design are analyzed and some suggestions for enhancing the operational reliability of electronic components are proposed.
