模拟岩石机械破碎的相似材料的选择及其配比

摘    要:根据模拟岩石机械破碎应满足的相似条件,通过大量的试验,本文研究了三种不同原料配成的相似材料,以及相似材料的配比和其力学指标、强度特征等的关系。研究结果表明:选用石膏、水泥和砂配制相似材料,只要配比合适,可以模拟采矿工程中常见岩石(石灰岩、砂岩、页岩等)的机械破碎。

Abstract:According to the similitude conditions that simulation of mechanical rock breaking must satisfy, through a lot of tests, this paper presents three kinds of analogous materials and the optimal proportion of their components. The relationship between the proportion of components and the mechanical index, strength features has been analyzed.The results show that as long as the proportion of components is proper, the analogous materials made up of gypsum, cement and sand can be used to simulate mechanical breaking of rocks (limestone, sandstone, shale,etc.) which are often met in mining engineering.
