| 摘 要： | 管理节水是农业节水最重要的措施之一。对于如何有效制约和管理农业用水的问题进行了研究，结合“863”项目建立了井渠结合灌区农业用水监测管理体系，并在山西晋中榆次区进行了示范应用。文中介绍业已在示范区建立的井渠结合灌区（榆次区）农业用水监测管理体系以及初步的示范效果。

| Abstract: | Management water-saving is one of the most important agricultural water-saving measures. The problem on restricting and managing agricultural water use is studied, and the system of monitoring and management on agricultural water in irrigation district with both well and river is established through "863" project. The results are demonstrated and applied in Shanxi Yuci. This system and elementary effects are introduced in this paper. |
