高凝低能油井测液面恢复间开技术

摘    要:低能低产油井由于地层能量差、产量低、泵效低,在连续生产的情况下带来电量消耗大,油管杆磨损严重等问题,使得电费高、作业费用高,投入产出比低,影响了开发效益。文章针对河南东庄杨坡油田油井高凝低能的特点,采用测液面恢复实现间开技术,能够较好地确定油井的供液能力,从而根据井下供液能力确定油井的开抽、停抽时段,在应用中取得了良好的效果。该技术也适合其他能量差、液量低的油井。在低产低能井的应用上,具有很好的推广应用价值。.

Abstract:Because of lack of formation power,low production rate,low pump efficiency,a low capacity and low production well conumes high electricity during continuous operation,series wearing as well,to cause high payment for electricity,operation cost,low rate of input and output.This paper present the features in Dong zhuang yangpo Oilfield of high condensed liquid and low well capacity,using level measuring to detect oil level to start pump,that assures the formation supply capacity of the well.The on-off controlled by formation cupply capacity has gained good efficiency.The technology can also be used in other low capacity,low oil supply well with wide application.
