ABAQUS壳单元在有限元分析中的应用研究

摘    要:利用ABAQUS对一受话器插脚采用不同的壳单元类型进行了有限元分析和比较,并用ANSYS软件的模拟结果进行检验。结果表明:完全积分线性单元S4是一个通用的有限薄膜应变壳单元,它适合于大多数问题的分析,它对单元变形不敏感,没有沙漏模式;减缩积分二次单元S8R5对于小应变薄膜弯曲问题的模拟能给出精确解。还详细讨论了在板壳数值模拟中壳单元的选取方法以及一次单元与二次单元过渡应采取的方法。

Abstract:The finite element simulation results of different shell element for a receiver by ABAQUS software were compared,and the results were verified by ANSYS software. It indicates that fully integrated linear shell element S4 is with general purpose, finite membrane strain shell element,and is suitable to analyze most problems,not sensitive to element distortion and no hourglass modes. Reduced integrated quadratic shell element S8R5 can provide accurate solution for small strain membrane bending problem. Furthermore, shell element selection in numerical simulation was discussed in detained, and the method solving the transition of linear element and quadratic element in shell simulation was also discussed.
