基于ANSYS的振动给料机给料槽动态特性分析

摘    要:基于ANSYS软件,对振动给料机给料槽在激振力交变载荷作用下的疲劳损坏,建立合理的给料槽有限元模型,进行动态特性分析,找出薄弱环节,应力集中主要在侧板加强角钢连接处、给料口处和无料侧端板与底板连接处,并对结构提出改进方案,为振动给料机优化设计提供更合理的依据。

Abstract:Based on ANSYS software,vibration feeder is fatigue break influenced by exciting force alternate load.The rational finite element model of vibration feeder was introduced.Dynamic characteristics analysis was discussed and weak links were discovered which is angle steel junction of side plate,feed well and junction panel between no feed side plate and bottom plate then structure optimization was made.Streamlined method of optimum design of vibration feeder was provided.
