冷坩埚感应悬浮熔炼技术

摘    要:冷坩埚熔炼是被世界各国公认的尖端技术,广泛用于活泼金属,难熔和特种材料的研究和开发。最近这项技术正在发展成为冷坩埚悬浮熔炼技术。钢铁研究总院成功地开发了2.5kg级冷坩埚真空感应悬浮熔炼技术和装备。本文介绍了这一技术的发展过程、历史背景和实际应用。

Abstract:Cold crucible meIting as a high technology is well known. The process has been applied to meIting reactive metals,refractory and rare metals.Recently,the process has been developing into cold crucible induction levitation melting. Cen-tral lron & Steel Research Institute has successfully developed the cold crucible vacu-um induction levitation melting device and techniques with the capacity of 2.5 kg. This article introduces the background,development and practical application of the technology.
