特高压支柱绝缘子连接螺栓组布设分析

摘    要:对于多元件组合的棒形支柱绝缘子,在进行元件逐一强度试验时,能达到设计要求;而组合为整体后再进行强度试验时,在中间元件结合部位则会出现弯曲溃坏。通过对连接螺栓组建立受力模型并进行力学分析,以额定机械扭转负荷为8 kN.m,额定机械弯曲负荷为135kN.m的绝缘子做实例分析,确定了其附件安装孔中心圆直径为400mm,安装孔数为8个;连接螺栓直径为24mm,连接螺栓性能等级为8.8级,保证了绝缘子的设计要求。结果表明,逐一进行连接螺栓组的计算是必要的,同时还须充分考虑产品零件准备、试制、试验和装配等环节的匹配。

Abstract:For multi-element composite post insulator, sometimes the design requirement can be met at the strength testing on each element but the connecting part of middle elements would be broken down at testing on complete insulator. Mechanical analysis was performed on insulator example of rated torsien load 8 kN-m and rated bending load 135 kN-m, with a stress model of the bolt sets, it was determined that the pitch diameter of the mounting holes is 400 mm, the mounting hole quantity is 8 pcs, the diameter of the connecting bolts is 24 mm and the performance class of the connecting bolts is 8.8, which guarantee the requirements of the insulator design calculation. The results show that it is necessary to calculate the bolt sets one by one, and at the same time the coordination of parts preparation, trial manufacture, test, assembly of the product, etc must be considered.
