可控相间功率控制器(TCIPC)运行特性分析

摘    要:研究了相间功率控制器IPC(Interphase Power Controller)基本结构和数学模型,通过晶闸管触发控制电感支路构成可控相间功率控制器(TC IPC),并将其应用于交流弱联系的互联电网中,推导了晶闸管触发延迟角与TC IPC参数以及两侧电网戴维南等值参数之间的关系,分析了计及两侧电网等值参数影响下的TC IPC运行特性。以东北-华北电网经带TC IPC的联络线交流弱联系为例,说明TC IPC对互联电网具有动态连续潮流控制能力。

Abstract:The basic construction and mathematical models of interphase power controller are studied.Thyristor Controlled Interphase Power Controller(TCIPC) can be formed by the control of thyristor to the equivalent inductor.Based on the weak AC interconnected power system connected by the TCIPC,the mathematical expression between trigger-delayed angle of thyristor and parameters of TCIPC as well as the Thevenin-equivalent parameters of interconnected networks is deduced.Furtherly,its operation characteristics are analyzed considering the influence of equivalent parameters of power networks.The results for the weak AC interconnected power system with TCIPC between Northeast and North China show that TCIPC can control the power flow of tie-line continuously and dynamically.
