抗冲击金刚石圆锯片结构的有限元分析

摘    要:采用ANSYS有限元分析软件 ,对节块前方加焊不同负倾角护齿插件的金刚石圆锯片进行变形和应力计算 ,得出最佳的护齿插件锯片结构 ,并与普通圆锯片比较 ,可知在相同载荷作用下 ,合理设置插件倾角 ,可使最大变形、应力值大大减小 ,应力均衡 ,应力集中区明显改善 ,表明护齿插件提高了锯片基体的刚度和节块的抗冲击能力 ,有利于延长锯片的使用寿命

Abstract:The calculation of the deformation and the stress of diamond saw blades with protective segment insertions at diffe rent negative hook angle for the direction of core rotation is introduced, and the optimum saw blades structure with protective insertions is calculated by means of finite element software ANSYS. Comparing with conventional saw blade, the maximum stress values and the maximum deformation values of this special saw blade are reduced greatly, the stress are balanced, and the stress concentration zone are improved obviously. The study shows that the stiffness of steel base and the anti impacting capacity of the special blade are increased by using protective insertions, and the service life of the saw blade is extended also.
