应变式测试仪的设计

摘    要:介绍应变式测试仪的系统工作原理;分析弹性体和筒体结构设计.在弹性体的结构设计中,通过建立合理的模型,从理论和仿真两方面得到最佳贴片位置,以及贴片处应变与被测压力保持线性变化的关系.在筒体的结构设计中,通过分析,指出了内壁最先进入塑性状态,并得到在屈服应力和外压不变情况下的筒体内外半径关系.通过这种关系,可设计出最小体积的筒体.

Abstract:The system operation principle of strain tester is presented in this paper.The frame design of the elastomer and tube body are analyzed.The best location is gotten in theory and simulation by reasonable model and the liner relationship on the strain and pressure is given.When the tube body is designed,The endophragm goes into plastic state at first,and the relationship on inside diameter and outside diameter is got when yield stress and pressure are constant.The smaller volume is designed easily.
