MnO2对高炉喷吹煤粉助燃作用的实验研究

摘    要:煤粉助燃添加剂是改善煤粉在高炉喷吹条件下燃烧过程的重要措施。研究了无烟煤、烟煤在添加不同比例的MnO2后对其着火温度、爆炸性和发热量的影响,并分析比较了MnO2对不同煤样的影响。同时,确定了助燃添加剂MnO2对不同煤粉助燃作用的最佳添加比例。

Abstract:Combustion-supporting additive of pulverized coal is an important measure to improve the combustion process of pulverized coal in the blast furnace injection conditions.This paper mainly studies the effect of anthracite and bituminous coal with different proportions of MnO2 on its ignition temperature,explosiveness and heat productivity and meanwhile makes a comparison and analysis on the respective influence of the three test samples on coal combustion characteristics.Meantime,the optimum adding ratio of MnO2 to different test samples is certified.
