烤烟与晒烟种质资源农艺性状的比较分析

摘    要:对23个烤烟和16个晒烟种质的农艺性状进行分析,相对而言,烤烟植株高大、叶片数多、生育期长,株型紧凑;晒烟植株矮小、叶片数少、生育期短、株型松散。除了叶长、叶形、叶重、现蕾至开花天数等性状外,晒烟在大多数性状上具有丰富的遗传潜势,而烤烟则表现遗传变异相对狭窄。两类型间的一些性状间的遗传相关关系有所不同。烤烟遗传变异第一主成分最重要贡献者是中上部叶片大小(叶重、叶面积),而晒烟却是生育期Ⅰ(移栽到现蕾天数)。 


A Study on Comparisons of Agronomic Characters Between Flue-cured and Sun-cured Tobacco Germplasm

Abstract:An experiment with 23 flue-cured and 16 sun-cured tobacco varieties was conducted in randomized block design with three replications.The flue-cured tobacco germplasm resource (FTGR) has relatively higher plant, longer growing period, more leaves and smaller angle between leaves and their stems than the sun-cured tobacco germplasm resource (STGR).With the exception of leaf length, leaf shape, leaf weight and days from the appearence of flower bud to flowering, STGR, for most of the agronomic characters, has rich genetic potential.The breeding effort on tobacco resulted in not only decreasing of genetic variance, but aiso changing of the genetic constitution of population characters.The genetypic correlations among traits of the two tobacco types were not consistant throughly.the principal component analyses showed that the first principal component factor, which was most important contributor for poplulation genetic variance, was leaf weight and leaf aera of leaves on mid and up stocks in FTGR and the days of appcarance of bud in STGR.
