摘    要:开发了DVR -1渣油裂化催化剂 ,采用超稳Y型分子筛的改性技术及活性担体的开发技术 ,对催化剂配方进行了优化 ,使该剂具有渣油裂化能力强、活性高、抗重金属污染能力强、稳定性好的特点。燕山石化公司二套催化装置工业应用结果表明 ,加工大庆渣油在掺渣比高达 85 %时 ,轻质油收率仍能接近 70 %

Abstract:A new residuum craching catalyst DVR-1 is developed to increase the ratio of residuum in FCC Feedstock. The catalyst compostition is optimized by using the modified USY zeolite and the active carrier, which characterize the catalyst strong ability for residuum cracking, high activity,good stability as well as high tolerance against heavy metal pollution. The result of the commercial application in the second FCCU of yanshan Petrochemical Corp. shows that near 70m% light oil is obtained though 85m% Chinese Daqing residuum in blended.
