| 摘 要： | 通过试验和分析，阐述了10B21钢中的硼在炼钢、连铸、轧制等过程中的经历，通过调整生产工艺，达到使硼在炼钢时不氧化，在凝固时不形成“硼相”BN，在轧制时抑制Fe23(C,B)6的形成，使硼从炼钢到轧制等4个过程中得以顺利形成为有益的酸溶硼，合理选择用户加工参数，提高钢的晶界上的酸溶硼量，提高产品的淬透性和冷加工性，从而达到发挥硼在钢中的作用这一目的。
