《水库调度设计规范》中两级调度图编制方法的改进研究

摘    要:应用《水库调度设计规范》(GB/T 50587—2010)编制灌溉(供水)结合发电的综合利用两级调度图过程中,经过多次的检验和修改仍不能准确满足设计任务的要求。针对规范中编制方法的问题,提出了一种改进方法。改进方法消除了规范推荐方法的不合理计算和编制问题,准确计算编制了各条基本调度线。实际工程应用结果表明,用改进方法可以提高水库综合调度设计的合理性,改进方法可适用于年调节和多年调节水库,两级调度图可一次性编制成功,无需再反复地检验和修改,能准确地满足灌溉和发电任务的要求。

Abstract:During compiling the two-levels operation chart of the multi-purpose for irrigation(water supply)in combination with power generation based on the criterion of the“Design for Operation of Reservoir GB/T 50587—2010”,the requirement of the design task can still not be met through testing and revising for many times. Aiming at the problems from the compilation method given in the criterion mentioned above,an improved method is proposed herein. By this improved method,the problems from the unreasonable calculation and compilation of the methods recommended in the criterion are eliminated and all the basic lines of the operation are accurately calculated and compiled. The actual engineering application shows that the rationality of the comprehensive operation of reservoir can be enhanced by this improved method. The method is adaptable for both the annual regulating reservoir and the multi-year regulating storage reservoir,for which the two-levels operation chart can be successfully compiled for only one time without repeated testing and revising,and then can accurately meet the requirements from irrigation and power generation.
