基于三维结构的南水北调工程技术标准体系框架研究

摘    要:目前,我国南水北调工程建设所用技术标准,以水利工程建设标准居多,也有工民建和交通等的工程建设标准,尚未形成一套完整的标准体系。在分析现有相关标准的基础上,借鉴魏尔曼标准体系三维结构的思想,应用标准化系统工程结构模型,参考"水利技术标准体系表",结合我国南水北调工程建设实践,研究构建南水北调工程技术标准体系框架模型,并利用标准在三维模型中坐标点位置,确定标准在体系框架中的选用顺序。

Abstract:At present, the technical standards adopted for the construction of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China are most taken from the construction standards for the water conservancy engineerings and some for civil and transportation engineerings, and there is no a set of complete standards system formed for it. Based on the analysis of the existing relevant standards and with the reference of the ideas of Verman standard system 3D structure theory, the framework-model of the technical standards system for the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is studied and made up with the standardized system engineering structure model referred to“the system table of water technical standard”in accordance with the practice of the construction of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, moreover, the order for selecting the standards within the system framework is determined with the coordinate positions of all the standards in the 3D model.
