| 摘 要： | 针对基建、农网改造升级和应对突发灾害等遇到的新情况、新问题,分析青海省电力公司物资需求历史数据,建立物资需求预测模型,以项目类型、电压等级、需求时间、范围等维度预测物资需求分布,为集中批量采购、协议库存计划等提供科学依据与数据支撑。
