浅议铜覆钢接地材料在变电站的应用

摘    要:铜覆钢材料与纯铜相比,既有铜的优良导电性能,又能节省成本,接地网之间的连接采用放热焊接工艺,使接地装置完全处在铜的保护之下,成为真正的免维护接地装置。应用铜覆钢可大幅减少接地网的开挖量,其替代镀锌钢作为接地导体,已日益被各设计院和工程施工单位接受、采用、重视和普及。

Abstract:Compared with pure copper, the copper clad steel material is of good electrical conductivity, reducing cost. Using exothermic welding technology in connection of grounding grids can put the grounding device under protection of copper, making it a true maintenance-free grounding device. And using copper clad steel to replace galvanized steel as grounding conductor can reduce substantially the excavated volume of grounding grid, had been applied by design institutes and engineering companies in grounding grid construction.
