| 摘 要： | 为超前防范电费收缴环节的潜在风险,通过开发电费关键指标监控分析系统,实现"应收电费余额"、"资金解款及时率"、"现金到账及时率"、"非现金缴费比例"、"电费资金电子对账"等情况的监控,对异常情况以工作质量通报和业务工单方式公告预警,以提高公司整体电费风险防控和管控。
