Excel-Based Realization of Program Planning and Management

Network planning technique, a management technology applied in program planning and control, which in essence serves as the program evaluation and review using CPM or PERT technique. The PERT network graph was designed as a tradition solution, which greatly limited the handling of complicated issues. The linear programming solution was adopted and the realization and optimization of network planning on the basis of Excel were made, thus, leading to the application of network technique in a wider range and under a more complicated situation.
