全自动高速卷绕头的电气控制

摘    要:目前国内的长丝纺高速卷绕头大多为进口,存在交货期长、维修不及时等问题,急需国产化。介绍了一种新研制开发的全自动高速卷绕头,根据其结构和工作特点,分析了其电气控制系统的任务和功能,然后从纺丝工艺要求和电气元件性价比两方面阐述了该系统的总体控制方案,并重点分析了卡盘转速控制等三个单元的主要控制原理。通过自行开发的控制软件,可对该机进行全过程监控,并可实现多台卷绕头的联网控制。该系统控制精度高,卡盘切换快速可靠,丝饼成型良好,已成功用于FDY的生产。

Abstract:The high-speed winders used in China are mostly imported. It has the problem of long time in delivery. So the localization is urgently needed. This paper introduces a kind of full-automatic and high-speed winder developed newly. It analyses the tasks and functions of its electric control system according to its structure and working characteristic. The control scheme that can meet the spinning technological requirement and possesses higher performance and lower price is given, then chiefly analyses the control principles of three units that they are the speed control of spindles and etc. Through the control software that is develped by ourselves, the system can control accuracy, the spindles can change quickly and reliably, the package of yarn is satisfied. The winder has successed in producting FDY yarn.
