摘    要:选择纯轧制能耗最小为目标函数,考虑了咬入角,允许轧件轴比和允许轧制压力为约束条件,采用动态规划的最优化原理,建立了简单断面型钢计算机辅助优化孔型设计程序系统,即CARD程序系统。该系统由计算部分、数据部分、图形显示输出和绘图部分组成。可用于中型轧机新孔型设计,或对已有孔型进行分析。所设计新孔型已投产使用。生产实践表明,与旧孔型相比,不但可以大幅度地降低轧制电耗,而且能提高轧机的平均小时产量,经济效益明显提高。

Abstract:Taking the minimum pure rolling energy consumption as a objective funetion, withfeed angle, allowable axial ratio of rolling section and allowable draught pressure as con-straint conditions, the optimized computer aided roll pass design (CARD) system used forbar rolling process has been established based on the dynamic programming algorithm. Thesystem consists of computation, data base and picture display as well as drafting units,which can be used for the new roll pass design and for the analysis of roll pass in operationfor the medium bar mill. The new designed roll pass made by the CARD system has alreadybeen used. The production practice shows that the new designed roll pass can not only de-crcase largely the power consumption in rolling process but also increase.the productive ca-pacity per hour, and a greater economic benift is gained.
