黑根霉固态发酵产木聚糖酶的研究

摘    要:利用黑根霉降解甘蔗渣固态发酵生产木聚糖酶,运用正交试验研究了甘蔗渣与麸皮的比例、氮源、pH值、培养时间、水料比等对产木聚糖酶活力的影响。结果表明:甘蔗渣:麸皮为6:4,氮源为酵母膏,pH值为5,培养时间为5d,水料比为2.5:1,产酶量达406.18U/g。

Abstract:The xylanase was produced by Rhizopus nigricans on the solid-state fermentation to degrade bagasse.The five factors,including the proportion of bagasse and wheat bran,nitrogen source,pH,culture time and water-drier ratio,which affected the activity of xylanase,were investigated by orthogonal tests.The results indicated that the activity of xylanase produced by R.nigricans reached 406.18 U/g when the fermentation was conducted at pH 5 for 5 d using yeast extract as nitrogen source,the bagasse and wheat bran were added by 6:4,and the water-drier ratio was 2.5:1.
