增压器压气机叶轮低周疲劳强度有限元计算分析

摘    要:作为涡轮增压器的核心零件,压气机叶轮主要失效模式是低周疲劳破坏。为了获得某新设计压气机叶轮的低周疲劳极限强度,确定叶轮低周疲劳试验转速,应用ANSYS有限元软件,主要考虑离心应力,采用周期循环模型、选用20节点等参单元计算方法、对该叶轮进行了强度计算和分析-得到了该叶轮的应力-转速曲线,为叶轮低周疲劳试验提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The compressor wheel is a core part of turbocharger,and the low-cycle-fatigue(LCF) dam- age is its main fault model.To obtain LCF limit strength and test speed of a new compressor wheel,this pa- per calculated and analyzed its strength based on finite element method by ANSYS,on the basis of radial stress,using cycle model and 20 nodes isoparametric element method.A tress-rotate speed curve was gained and a theory fundament was established for LCF test.
