松散破碎围岩巷道支护优化设计

摘    要:在松散破碎围岩条件下进行巷道开掘及维护时,往往会出现围岩承载能力差、矿压显现剧烈等一系列问题。邢台康达煤矿9煤轨道下山掘进过程中,可能会遇到废弃老空区等不良地段,将面临松散破碎围岩条件下的支护难题。利用《结构力学》的原理和方法,经过理论计算与综合分析,确定了该特殊围岩条件下的巷道支护方案,提出了相应的施工要求,为破碎围岩条件下的巷道施工安全提供了理论依据。

Abstract:When driving and maintaining a drift in loose and fractured host rock,carrying capacity of host rock tends to be poor and underground pressure be intensifying.In the progress of tunnelling of track dip in No.9 coal of Kangda mine at Xingtai,defective sectors such as abandoned old goaf are possible to be encountered.And support problems will be appearing in loose and fractured host rock.By the theoretical calculation and comprehensive analysis based on the principles and methods of Structural Mechanics,a drift support scheme under the special host rock is determined,the corresponding construction requirement is put forward,which can provide a theoretical evidence for the construction security of drifts in fractured host rock.
