| Abstract: | Through analyzing the environment and status of Ningde central city,it inquires the function of comprehensive construction on city development,and interprets focusing effect and distracting effect of comprehensive city body by applying growth pole theory,which has provided decision referencing and theoretical support for speeding up the construction of central city and rise abruptly. |
