| 摘 要： | 江苏沙河抽水蓄能发电有限公司在汲取其他水电项目管理经验的基础上,摸索总结出“项目业主负责制、建设监理制、招标投标制、合同管理制、动态跟踪审计制”的“五制”管理模式,对江苏沙河抽水蓄能电站项目投资进行管理与控制,取得了较好的成效。

| Abstract: | On the basis of experience of the management of other hydropower projects, the Shahe Pumped-storage Power Generating Co.Ltd. comes to the conclusions of "five-system" management mode, that is, project Owner respon-sibility system, construction supervision system, tendering and bidding system, contract management system, dynamic follow-up audit system. The above-mentioned mode brought out positive effect on the practical management and control of investment in the Shahe Pumped-storage Power Plant. |
